01 — The group
A vertical group, not a trading desk.
Silk-Group runs polymerisation, spinning, texturing, weaving, dyeing and finishing inside one park in Xinyi, Jiangsu. Because nothing is outsourced, a sampling request is answered by the people who will actually weave the order.
Sixty thousand tonnes of filament a year, 120 million metres of fabric, eleven hundred people — and a customer list we keep short on purpose.

Cotton hand, polyester body
3D loft, matt surface, moisture wicking — twenty-three articles in plain, twill and cavalry twill.
Recycled · GRS
The same cloth, recycled
Sixty-two constructions in GRS-certified recycled polyester, traceable lot by lot from chip to roll.
03 — The chain
Five steps, one owner each.
One schedule, one quality file, and a written status you can forward to your production team without editing.
Polymerisation
100,000 tonnes a year, one-head-two-tail: semi-dull, bright, full-matt, cationic and our own modified grades.
Spinning & texturing
56,000 tonnes of one-step differential composite filament — FDY, DTY, POY, ITY and 1515/2026/3030/5050.
Weaving
Rapier and air-jet looms, 47 to 66 inch, 50 to 317 gsm — crepe, georgette, satin, twill and sea-island.
Dyeing & finishing
Our own dyehouse on the same site: piece dyeing, washing, raising and finish to your hand, 100 million metres a year.
Testing & shipping
Shrinkage, pilling, colour fastness and tear strength measured on our own bench, then rolled and shipped FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.
