From chip to cloth in one park.
We are a spinning and weaving group, not an agent. Polymerisation, filament, fabric and dye sit inside the same 800-mu site in Xinyi — so the person who quotes your price has watched your cloth run.
In 2003 we were the first Suzhou company to answer the province's call to move textile industry north into Xinyi: one site, no acquired plants, everything built from the chip up.
Today the park covers more than 800 mu with over 1 billion RMB of assets and about 1,100 people. Capacity runs to 100,000 tonnes of polyester chip on a one-head-two-tail line, 56,000 tonnes of one-step differential composite filament, 80,000 tonnes of cotton-touch and functional fibre, 120 million metres of woven fabric, and a finishing house that processes 100 million metres a year.
The group is a national high-tech enterprise and the national base for shrink-mixed polyester filament development. Our research sits in a provincial engineering centre for multi-differential filament, a provincial academician workstation and a joint development centre with Donghua University. We have led the drafting of two Chinese textile industry standards and hold more than 120 national patents.
Five subsidiaries carry the chain: Xuzhou Silk-Group Fibre Technology, Xuzhou Rongshengda Fibre Products, Xuzhou Rongsheng Textile Finishing, Suzhou Silk-Group International Trade and Suzhou Silk-Group Smart Materials. Goods ship to Korea, Japan, the United States, Europe and the Middle East through sales offices in Shengze, Keqiao and the group headquarters.

Polymerisation
100,000 tonnes a year on a one-head-two-tail line: semi-dull, bright, full-matt, cationic and our own modified grades.
Filament & texturing
56,000 tonnes of one-step differential shrink-mixed filament — FDY, DTY, POY, ITY, and the 1515 / 2026 / 3030 / 5050 families.
Weaving
Crepe, georgette, chiffon, satin, twill, cavalry twill and poplin on our own looms — 120 million metres a year.
Dyeing & finishing
Piece dyeing, washing, raising and softening, 100 million metres a year — so lab dips come back in days, not weeks.
Research & testing
Provincial engineering centre, academician workstation and a Donghua University joint lab; shrinkage, pilling and fastness measured in-house.
Warehouse
Greige and finished stock inspected on a four-point frame, rolled to your ticket and shipped FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.
